Securing Your Appointment
Deposit & Payment
A deposit is required to reserve your slot and will be applied toward your treatment cost.
£50 Deposit Required
To secure your booking, a £50 deposit is required at the time of reservation.
Deducted from Total
The £50 deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service.
Confirmation Upon Receipt
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Balance Due on the Day
The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment unless otherwise agreed in advance.

We understand that sometimes plans change. Here is what you need to know if you need to adjust your appointment.
48 Hours' Notice Required
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 48 hours' notice.
Deposit Transfer (One Time)
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before your appointment may have the deposit transferred to a new booking — one time only.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the £50 deposit being retained.
No-Show Fee
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the £50 deposit being retained as a no-show fee.
