    Which Document Do I Need?

    Wisdom tooth removal

    If you are coming to see us about your wisdom teeth, the NICE guidance explains how we decide whether removal is right for you. NICE does not recommend removing healthy wisdom teeth as a precaution. Removal is advised when a wisdom tooth is causing problems, such as repeated gum infections (pericoronitis), decay that cannot be repaired, an abscess, cysts, or damage to the neighbouring tooth. Dr Al-Raisi will examine you and talk you through your options before any treatment.

    Medical Botox

    If you are booked for Botox, for example to treat migraines or TMJ (jaw joint) pain, please read the consent and aftercare document before your appointment. It explains how the treatment works, the possible side effects, and how to look after yourself in the days afterwards, so you can ask any questions on the day.

    Before you book
